Thanks to Xavier's efforts, we now have a workable Windows port and
it even supports http mode.
Head over to: ports/Windows/v102/
The ecdl2K-108.setup.exe file contains the Windows port, version
1.0.2, with an installer. Shift-click to download it, save it on your
hard disk, then double-click on it to run it.
The installer is liable to barf with "This program performed an
illegal operation" but it installs anyway.
Read the readme, edit the ecd.bat file and go!

Assuming 1.0.2 checks out OK, we will be ready to start seriously
