Hi Kai,

I will need a little more information. Have you run the service version
before and are upgrading from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 or is this the first time? Are
you running this on Win NT, Win 95 or Win 98?

If you are trying to install on NT do you have Administrator access? You
will need that in order to install a service.

I received an error message while trying to install the new service version.
The message it gave was:
