There is a bug in the HTTP code of the NT Service Port which causes problems
when a proxy is set.

We have located the problem and Jeff Gilchrist is testing a fix at the
moment. If this works I expect to deliver an update to Robert in a few
hours time.

If anyone needs the bug fix more urgently please email me.
