There is no problem. You have computed about 3 billion iterations in
that time.

The chance of finding a distinguished point in 1 billion iterations is
about 1 in 2. The chance in 2 billion iterations is about 3 in 4, and
in 3 billion it is 7 in 8.

So you were just a bit unlucky. Sometimes you can find two points in
an hour, and then the next one takes all day.
