It runs on Windows 9x, NT (and 2000 presumably) in a DOS box.

The ecdl2K-108.setup.exe file contains a Windows version of our ECDL
program (compiled using Cygwin) with an installer.  Shift-click to
download it, save it on your hard disk, then double-click on it to install.

The installer is liable to barf with "This program performed an
illegal operation" but it installs anyway.

Read the README.txt file, edit the run-ecdl.bat file and then go to
Start->Programs->ECDL to start.
