GeneWeb 1.07 - changes in relation to 1.06

• Started Chinese version...

• Welcome pages display use flags to choose other languages instead than tables.

• Added source field for birth, baptism, death, burial, marriage.

• Internal characters encoding uses now Ansel. As it is a big change, bugs may appear... I hope there are not, but I am only a human being.
