If it is a bug report, explain the circumstances of the anomaly
and the possible displayed messages.
If you want to contribute by a new language or modifications on
the lexicon or the welcome page of some language or other, send the
whole files "lexicon.txt" and "start.txt": specify the version you
started from. In the lexicon phrases, add your language in the
alphabetic order of its abbreviation (e.g: "pt:" between "no:" and
"se:").
