Pb installing Windows version

Hello,

A friend has a problem installing ecdl on Windows.

She downloaded ecdl2K108-setup.exe from directory v110.

She double-cliqued on the file.

She very briefly gets a windows: "copying temporary support
file. Please wait..."

Then immediately an error message: "unable do copy the temp files".

Any hint?
