When trying to run the Windows port on Win95 or Win98, there is a message:
The CYGWIN1.DLL file appears to be corrupt.

We will investigate this tomorrow.
On the other hand if you compile from source, the http mode works OK.
It sometimes gives serious-looking warnings about error code 100, but
in fact the points do get through.
