The difference should be negligible because RotateCursor is only
called about 16 times per second. Moreover, the speed under MacOS is
comparable to the speed under LinuxPPC (even though the compiler is
different).

Interestingly, the MacOS version runs a bit faster under MacOS 9.
The best speed is with the Unix version under MacOS XS, probably due
to a better compiler.
